Hi! I'm Maria Wraback!
I was raised to be a quantum mechanic, but after falling in love with theater in high school (an axe-spinning demon queen as my first role) and one whirlwind summer working on Topological Insulators while participating in the Juilliard Summer Performing Arts Program, I found that storytelling was my calling. My passion lies in art's ability to uphold an empathetic society, language's ability to reach out and take hold of our hearts and minds, and in the ecstatic joy of learning about, being, and playing in a thousand different lifetimes before mine ends.

I will graduate with a B.F.A in Acting for Theatre, Film, and Television at Catholic University in May 2026, and am a Certified Actor Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors. I have acted in both University short films and theatrical productions, as well as professional staged readings in DC. When I am not performing onstage, you can find me performing at poetry open mics, watching theatre, or eating some good ol' mac 'n' cheese with meatballs.
